Interested in sailing or never sailed and want to give it a try?  St Andrews Sailing Club welcomes all sailors regardless of experience or ability.  We cater for the most enthusiastic racer thought to those who just enjoy being on the water to absolute beginners.  We have a good stock of club boats ranging from Toppers and Lasers right through to high performance asymmetrics all available for a nominal charge.  In recent years we have produced two Scottish youth champions!

Dingy sailors normally sail on Tuesday and Thursday evening as well as on Sunday afternoons from Easter to October.  We offer a wide range of facilities including a comprehensive training programme for beginners to dingy sailing as well as race coaching for the more advanced.  Additionally, a number of members have keel boats and yachts berthed in the adjacent harbour.

We place a great emphasis on safety and run a number of RYA courses including marine VHF radio, sail, powerboat and safety boat together with first-aid.
